My Technical & Creative Delivery
In this project, I translated complex psychological theories into an engaging visual journey, handling the entire production pipeline:
Complete Storyboarding: I designed the narrative flow, moving from the "overwhelming" experience of anxiety and depression to the scientific breakthrough of the Dual Brain theory.
High-Fidelity Frame Generation: I generated all key visuals using AI, creating a clear contrast between the "Mature Self" (calm, clear decisions) and the "Infant Self" (shaped by past trauma and fear) to visually represent the two cerebral hemispheres.
AI Video Generation & Animation: I transformed static concepts into dynamic scenes, including high-end simulations of clinical procedures, such as specific light stimulation on the forehead and the development of specialized therapeutic glasses.
Assembly & Final Montage: I meticulously edited the 90-second piece, ensuring seamless transitions—like the "tunnel transition" into the mind—and integrating motion graphics and brand-consistent backgrounds.
Key Narrative Pillars
The video was structured to build trust and understanding through:
The Human Struggle: Using AI-generated footage to depict the real-world impact of PTSD, addiction, and depression.
The Scientific Concept: Visualizing Dr. Schiffer’s research on how two different "selves" live within the brain’s hemispheres.
The Innovation: Showcasing patented technology and light-based treatments currently under development.
Legacy & Results: Highlighting decades of research and promising results in opioid addiction and mental health.
Precision & Impact
By leveraging an AI-driven workflow, I was able to:
Visual Contrast: Create a striking "split-screen" aesthetic to represent the dual nature of the brain, maintaining perfect character consistency across different emotional states.
Scientific Clarity: Materialize abstract psychological concepts into clear, digestible visuals that resonate with both the general public and the medical community.
Professional Curation: Every generated frame was hand-picked to ensure it reflected the prestige and credibility of Dr. Schiffer’s work at Harvard.
This project is a prime example of how I use AI as an execution partner to bring world-class medical and psychological research to life, maintaining full creative control over the timing, emotion, and technical accuracy of the final result.
